Shree Corporation warranty informationShree Corporation Projects Warranty Shree Corporation warrants to buyer that the installed Solution if properly use (as per given in do’s and don’ts list) and serviced, will perform substantially in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s product data sheet and user manual, and will be free from defects in material and workmanship as per respective OEM Policy. This warranty applies to all parts except consumables i.e. batteries. If any product fails to confirm to the writer warranty, Shree Corporation exclusive liability and Buyer’s exclusive remedy will be, at Shree Corporation option, to repair, replace or credit Buyer’s account with an amount equal to the price paid for any such defective product returned by Buyer during the warranty period, provided that: Warranty will be not covered in following case physical damage, voltage fluctuations, misuse, neglect, alternation re-installation by third party, repair by third party or improper testing. Shree Corporation will have a reasonable time (as per OEM Policy) to make repairs, to replace products or credit buyers account. Details on Annual Maintenance Contract When we install an audio and video system, we want our client to benefit from it enhance tures, without any breakdown. For this reason, we offer and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to ensure uninterrupted operation. Moreover, routine preventive maintenance Optimizer system performance, improves component reliability, and extends the life of the system. Preventive maintenance will be done on quarterly basis, after prior approval from client is received. Our Annual Maintenance contract trailer to the client specific requirements and the type of system. This service is provided for a fixed contracted period (one year) and covers: – Factory authorized repair Emergency care preventive maintenance and warranty services including extended warranty for the same degree of protection after expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty onsite support if needed Our repair facility is fully equipped to service all products within an out of warranty supply through us.
